PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

I, __________________________agree to purchase this Male/Female AKC/CKC Yorkshire Terrier puppy whelped on _____________ for the amount of ____________, upon the following terms:
1. The breeder, E & H Breeders , guarantees this puppy to be in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. If within 2 business days (48 hours) from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy it is found by a licensed veterinarian to have a life threatening health problem which is proven to have existed at the time of sale, E & H Breeders agrees to replace the pup within 365 days . Seller will not be held responsible for parasites of any kind, any treatable illnesses, genetic defects that are not life threatening, or injuries incurred after Buyer takes possession of said puppy. E & H Breeders is not responsible for any expenses incurred by Buyer. A replacement will be given only upon receipt of a report from your licensed veterinarian which is concurred by our veterinarian, and the return of the puppy. Failure to seek veterinary care within the specified time voids this guarantee.
2. Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from life threatening congenital defects for 1 (one) year from the date of birth.We Do Not cover parasites, luxating patella’s, trachea problems, coccidia, undescending testicles, hernias, hypoglycemia, shipping or allergic reactions. Color, coat, size, and weight of puppy is only a good guess based on experience, and is not guaranteed If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects, you have the following option:
a. Replacement: E & H Breeders will provide a replacement puppy within 365 days There are no refunds. . The buyer must return the original puppy along with a report of the specific defect from a licensed veterinarian, to be concurred by our licensed veterinarian. The Buyer is responsible for any veterinary expense.
3. This Guarantee is not assignable and is not valid if the puppy/dog is sold to a third party or if the puppy/dog has been bred before the age of one
4.The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills the purchaser may incur regarding said puppy prior to notification of the congenital condition
5. Buyer acknowledges and agrees this puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian for additional immunizations and de-worming on a routine basis for it to remain in good health. The buyer further agrees that this puppy will always receive prompt and qualified medical care and will be housed and cared for according to the recommendations of a veterinarian. Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule with us, so please take the immunization record that we provide with your puppy to your personal veterinarian.
6. Puppies are sold as pets/companions with AKC/CKC registration.
7. Unfortunately we CAN NOT WILL NOT guarantee the size of puppy.
8. Purchaser agrees that this puppy will not be given or sold to any research laboratory, humane society, or similar facility. If for any reason .
9. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will hold this puppy until it is 8 weeks of age. If you do it through paypal it will be 3% added to the purchase price for paypal fees. If Buyer has not made final payment and taken possession of the puppy by ___________________, 20___ deposit will be forfeited and E & H Breeders will be free to make alternate arrangements to place this puppy.
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS SET FORTH THEREIN AND THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THEM
Buyer's signature indicates that he/she has reviewed contract with E & H Breeders prior to purchasing said puppy and is in full agreement to the above terms and conditions.
